BAHAN-BAHAN
- Wrapper - 8 spring roll wrappers
 
- Protein - 🍗 200g chicken tenders, trimmed
 
- Flavoring - 4 plums, pitted and mashed
- 8 shiso leaves
 
- Cooking Oil - Sufficient amount of salad oil
 
- Binding - 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
 
LANGKAH
Pit the plums and mash them with a knife. Trim the stems off the shiso leaves. Separate the spring roll wrappers.
Cut the chicken tenders into thin strips.
Place one shiso leaf, 1/8 of the chicken strips, and 1/8 of the mashed plum onto a spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edge with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Heat oil in a pot to 160°C (320°F), about 3cm deep. Fry the rolls for approximately 3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
