BAHAN-BAHAN
- Meat - 🍗 250g ground chicken
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 🥬 Sufficient amount of cabbage leaves
 
- Wrapper - 10 shumai wrappers
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
 
LANGKAH
Place ground chicken in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and knead until sticky.
Add minced green onion, sugar, soy sauce, chicken broth powder, ginger paste, and sesame oil to the chicken and mix thoroughly.
Line a microwave-safe plate with cabbage leaves, divide the chicken mixture into portions, wrap each with a shumai wrapper, and place on the cabbage leaves.
Sprinkle a small amount of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for 7 minutes.
