BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- ๐ 200g chicken breast, sliced
- ๐ฅ 2 eggs
Vegetables
- ๐ง 100g onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 bunch mitsuba, chopped
Staple
- ๐ 400g cooked rice
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mirin
- ๐ง 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- ๐ง 150ml water
LANGKAH
Slice chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and chop mitsuba into 3cm pieces.
Crack eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them.
In a pan, combine mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water. Heat over medium until boiling, then add chicken and onion. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour beaten eggs into the pan and cook until semi-set. Cover and let steam for 1 minute. Serve over rice and garnish with mitsuba.
