BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- ๐ 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
 
Vegetables
- 40g cilantro
 - 4 bell peppers
 - ๐ง 1 clove garlic
 
Seasoning
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 - ๐ 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - ๐ง 1/3 tsp salt
 - ๐ง Pinch of black pepper
 
LANGKAH
Cut cilantro into 3โ4 cm pieces. Slice bell peppers thinly after removing stems and seeds. Slice garlic thinly and remove its core.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic, and fry until crispy. Remove garlic and set aside. Place chicken skin-side down, cook until browned, then flip and cook for 2โ3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add bell peppers to the pan and stir until coated with oil. Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and the fried garlic back into the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then add cilantro and stir quickly before serving.
