    • ๐Ÿง„ 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • ๐Ÿ’ง 100ml water
    • ๐ŸŒฟ Chopped parsley, as needed
  • Seasoning

    • ๐Ÿฌ 1/2 tsp sugar
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • ๐Ÿ… 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp consomme
    • 2 1/2 tsp curry powder
    • ๐ŸŒฟ 1 tsp dried basil

Chop the onion and garlic finely.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add ground chicken and stir-fry over medium heat until crumbled. Add onion and mixed beans, and cook until the onion softens.

Add the seasoning ingredients, water, and canned tomatoes. Mix well, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes.

Serve the curry over warm rice and garnish with parsley.
