BAHAN-BAHAN

- 4 servings rice noodles
- 10 leaves lettuce
- 🥕 1/5 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Prepare the rice noodles by thawing if frozen and loosening the strands.
Boil the rice noodles in boiling water for 20 seconds, stirring gently.
Rinse the noodles under running water and drain well.
Julienne the lettuce and carrot, then prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, plum extract, minced garlic, sesame seeds, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil.
Combine the noodles, vegetables, and sauce, then mix well. Drizzle with a drop of sesame oil before serving.
