BAHAN-BAHAN

- 1 small basket chamnamul
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp plum syrup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- a dash of sesame oil
- a dash of sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Prepare the chamnamul by removing any yellow leaves and soaking it in water with 1 tbsp vinegar for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and drain completely.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Mix soy sauce, anchovy sauce, minced garlic, chili powder, plum syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, corn syrup, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create the dressing.
Combine the drained chamnamul and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
Gently toss the ingredients with the dressing until evenly coated.
