 - 🧀 2 slices cheddar cheese
 - 🥛 180ml milk
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧂 1 pinch of salt
 - Adequate amount of cooking oil
 
LANGKAH
Peel the potatoes using a peeler.
Cut each potato into halves, then slice into 3 or 4 wedges.
Remove starch from the potatoes by either soaking them in cold water for 10 minutes or blanching in boiling water for 1 minute.
Pat the potato wedges dry with a kitchen towel.
Prepare the cheese sauce by gathering minced garlic, butter, milk, and cheddar cheese.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and fry the potato wedges until golden and crispy. Cover the pan with a lid for thorough cooking.
Drain excess oil from the fried potatoes using a kitchen towel.
In a separate pan, sauté minced garlic in a small amount of oil until fragrant.
Add milk and cheddar cheese to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens. Season with a pinch of salt.
Let the cheese sauce cool slightly before serving.
Arrange the fried potato wedges on a serving plate.
Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes and garnish with parsley powder.
