BAHAN-BAHAN
- Base - ๐ 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
 
- Carbonara Sauce - ๐ฅ 2 slices bacon
- ๐ง 2 slices melting cheese
- ๐ง 1 tbsp grated cheese
- ๐ฅ 3 tbsp milk
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Topping - ๐ฅ 1 egg yolk
- ๐ง Pinch of black pepper
 
LANGKAH
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Place torn cheese slices into a microwave-safe bowl, add the remaining sauce ingredients, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Mix well to create the carbonara sauce.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, pour the carbonara sauce over it, place the egg yolk in the center, and sprinkle black pepper on top.
