Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, about 11 minutes.

Combine cream, roasted garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese with the onions. Mix well.

Drain pasta and distribute among 4 plates. Add about 1/4 cup of sauce on each and garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
