- 10 perilla leaves
- 🍅 1/2 tomato
- 1/5 orange bell pepper
- 1/5 yellow bell pepper

- 1/2 tbsp vinegar

LANGKAH
Cut out the core of the cabbage and poke holes in the stem for even cooking. Wrap in plastic and microwave for 5 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then cool in ice water.
Slice the tomato, bell peppers, and perilla leaves into 1cm strips. Blanch the shrimp briefly in boiling water.
Mix Yeondusun seasoning, vinegar, and sugar to create the dipping sauce.
Place the sliced vegetables and shrimp on cabbage leaves, roll them up, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dip in the sauce and enjoy!
