Wild Vegetables
- Cabbage 50g (roughly chopped)
- Bean sprouts 100g
Seasonings
- Miso 1 tbsp
- Dashi stock 400ml
LANGKAH
Roughly chop the cabbage and rinse the bean sprouts, draining the water.
Place the dashi stock in a pot over medium heat, then add cabbage and bean sprouts.
Lower the heat and dissolve the miso while stirring everything together. Be careful not to let it boil.
Serve in bowls, optionally garnishing with green onions and shichimi pepper for a finishing touch.
