BAHAN-BAHAN
- Rice - 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
 
- Seafood - 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 50g minced onion
- 🥦 100g frozen broccoli
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 💧 180ml water
 
- Oil - 1 tbsp olive oil
 
LANGKAH
Mince the onion. Place frozen broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Drain and chop coarsely.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion until softened, then add shrimp and stir until coated with oil. Add rice and cook for 2 minutes until translucent.
Add the seasoning mix (salt, consomme, and water), stir, and flatten the rice. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 12 minutes.
Add broccoli and corn, increase heat to medium-high, cover, and cook for 30 seconds until sizzling. Turn off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and gently mix the pilaf to combine all ingredients evenly.
