    • ๐Ÿถ 150g firm tofu
    • ๐Ÿฅš 2 eggs
    • ๐Ÿ„ 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
    • ๐Ÿง… 1/2 leek, sliced
    • ๐Ÿง… 1 tbsp chopped green onion
  • Seasonings

    • ๐Ÿถ 2 tbsp sake
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 1 tbsp sugar
    • ๐Ÿง‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp dashi powder
    • ๐Ÿ’ง 150ml water

LANGKAH

Cut the root off the enoki mushrooms, divide them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the leek diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Cut the tofu into 4 equal pieces.

In a pot, combine all the seasonings (โ˜†) and bring to a boil. Add the beef and simmer over medium heat until the beef changes color. Skim off any foam.

Add the enoki mushrooms, leek, and tofu to the pot. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Crack the eggs into the pot, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
