BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🥓 10 strips bacon
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥬 30g chopped kimchi
- 🧅 30g chopped onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the chopped kimchi and onion.
Mix the stir-fried kimchi and onion with cooked rice, sesame oil, and black sesame seeds until evenly combined.
Shape the rice mixture into small balls (about 1 tbsp each) and wrap each ball with a strip of bacon.
Cook the bacon-wrapped rice balls in an oven or air fryer at 180°C for 8 minutes, or pan-fry until crispy.
