    • ๐Ÿš 100g clams (purged)
    • ๐ŸŸ 1/2 can tuna in oil
  • Seasoning

    • ๐Ÿง„ 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • ๐Ÿง‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
    • ๐Ÿ… 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • ๐Ÿ’ง 200ml water

Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan until fragrant. Add clams and sake, cover, and steam over medium heat for 2โ€“3 minutes until clams open. Remove clams.

In the same pan, add tuna and the seasoning ingredients (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, water). Mix well and bring to a simmer. Add penne and cook covered for the time indicated on the package.

Uncover the pan, evaporate excess liquid, return clams, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
