LANGKAH
Use a soft brush to clean the abalones thoroughly, especially if using the shells.
Pour hot water over the abalones to make separating the meat from the shell easier.
Insert a spoon under the abalone meat to separate it from the shell.
Trim the guts attached to the abalone meat using scissors.
Remove the teeth located at the top of the abalone meat.
Slice the abalone meat into thick strips and score them. Slice garlic into thin pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan and sauté the sliced garlic for 1 minute.
Add the abalone guts to the pan and stir-fry together with the garlic.
Add 1.5 cups of cooked rice, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp sesame oil to the pan. Stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Add the sliced abalone meat to the pan and cook briefly until tender.
Serve the abalone fried rice immediately. Ensure to include the guts for a nutty flavor.
