- 1 handful bok choy
- 1 stalk green onion

- 2-3 chili peppers

Condiments
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🥜 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 small cup water
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2-3 rounds corn syrup
चरण
Soak or boil rice noodles until soft (3 minutes boiling or 15-20 minutes soaking in hot water).
Crush peanuts and set aside.
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, tonkatsu sauce, sugar, and water to create Pad Thai sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté green onion, onion, and minced garlic.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and firm.
Push cooked vegetables to one side and scramble eggs in the same pan.
Add soaked rice noodles, corn syrup, and Pad Thai sauce to the pan and stir-fry.
Mix in peanut butter for a creamy texture.
Add bean sprouts and bok choy, stir-frying briefly until slightly wilted.
Sprinkle crushed peanuts and drizzle lemon juice before serving.
