Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 tbsp tuna
- 20g chives
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
चरण
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry potatoes and mushrooms with a pinch of salt.
Add another tbsp of cooking oil and stir-fry the remaining vegetables with a pinch of salt. Adjust heat from high to medium.
Beat eggs thoroughly and pour into a preheated pan with cooking oil.
Stir the eggs gently with a spatula as they cook.
Once the eggs are cooked to a soft consistency, remove them from the pan.
