Main Ingredients
- 550g radish, julienned
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp fine salt
- a pinch of sesame seeds
चरण
Julienne the radish into thin strips, approximately 7cm long.
Place the julienned radish in a deep pan and add 2 tbsp sesame oil.
Turn the heat to medium-low and stir the radish once to coat evenly with sesame oil.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
After 10 minutes, uncover the pan and stir the radish. You will notice the radish has softened and released moisture.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tsp fine salt to season the radish.
Mix well and let it cook for another 2 minutes on medium-low heat.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds on top.
