Meat
- 150g sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 5cm lotus root
 - Chopped green onion, small amount
 
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 1 tbsp miso
 
चरण
Cut the lotus root into bite-sized pieces (random cuts) and soak in water. Drain the water.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, miso) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the lotus root and stir-fry until it becomes translucent. Then add the mixed seasoning and stir-fry together. Plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
