Cut the zucchini into wedges by halving it lengthwise and slicing into thirds.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and squid, stir-frying until the squid changes color halfway. Add zucchini and stir-fry until combined. Add ponzu soy sauce and stir briefly.
