Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 🥕 20g diced carrot
- 100g diced Spam
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- Optional oyster sauce
- 🧂 Optional pinch of salt
चरण
Chop the green onion finely, dice the carrot, and cut the Spam into slightly larger pieces.
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp of vegetable oil and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
Push the sautéed green onion to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the pan.
Add the diced Spam and carrot to the pan and stir-fry together.
Once the carrot is cooked, push the ingredients to one side and add 1 tbsp of soy sauce to the hot pan.
Mix the soy sauce with the other ingredients and stir-fry to enhance the smoky flavor.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix thoroughly.
Adjust seasoning with oyster sauce or salt if needed, and finish with 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil and a pinch of black pepper.
Serve the fried rice in a bowl, shaping it into a round mound for a visually appealing presentation.
