- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced

- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
चरण
Dice the potatoes and onion into small cubes. Avoid cutting them too large to ensure even cooking.
Microwave the diced potatoes for 2-3 minutes to reduce cooking time. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes until they turn translucent.
Add the diced onion to the pan and continue sautéing with the potatoes.
Pour 1 cup of water into the pan and add all seasonings except corn syrup. Bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the liquid reduces.
Add sliced green onion and red chili to the pan. For a spicier flavor, add chopped green chili as well.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp of corn syrup and sesame seeds. Mix well and taste to adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce or corn syrup if needed.
