चरण
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cheddar or pepper jack cheese evenly on the slices of bread.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly sauté the shrimp in a pan. Do not fully cook as they will finish cooking in the oven.
Mash the avocado and layer it on the cheese-covered bread slices.
Add the sautéed shrimp and sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the avocado layer.
