- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)

- 🐟 30g salmon flakes

 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
चरण
Scoop out the avocado with a spoon and mash it in a bowl. Add salmon flakes, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise, then mix well.
Place 1/6 of the rice on a piece of plastic wrap, add 1/6 of the avocado mixture, wrap it up, and shape into a rice ball. Repeat to make 6 rice balls.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and place the rice balls in. Tear half of the cheese slices and distribute evenly on top of the rice balls. Cook for about 2 minutes until browned, then flip and add the remaining cheese slices. Cook until all sides are browned.
