Essential Ingredients
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 tbsp minced ginger
- A pinch of black pepper
चरण
Slice the onion thinly and chop the green onion.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the pork belly and sauce to the pan, cooking until the pork is fully cooked.
Layer cooked rice in a bowl, top with the seasoned pork belly, and place the egg yolk on top.
Sprinkle chopped green onion over the dish to garnish.
