- 🥩 300g beef
 - 🧅 Generous amount of onion
 - 🧅 A small amount of green onion
 
Seasonings
- 3 tsp soy sauce
 - 🧄 1 tsp garlic
 - 1 tsp rice wine
 - 1 tsp ginger juice
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - A small amount of pepper
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 
चरण
Mix all seasoning ingredients and marinate the beef.
Slice the onion thinly and prepare it.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Add green onion near the end of cooking. Optional: add mushrooms or carrots.
Stir-fry on high heat to minimize excess moisture and achieve a tender bulgogi.
