- 🥬 1/4 head of kimchi, chopped
- 2 ladles of kimchi juice
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
Powders and Seasonings
- 1–2 tbsp shrimp powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
Flour Mix
- 1 cup pancake mix (1/2 batter mix: 1/2 tempura mix)
Liquids
- 💧 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
चरण
Chop 1/4 head of kimchi into 3–4 cm pieces.
Prepare 1/2 onion, 1 stalk green onion, 2 ladles of kimchi juice, 1 cup pancake mix, 1 cup water, and 1–2 tbsp shrimp powder.
Slice the onion and green onion thinly.
Mix chopped kimchi with 1 tbsp sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
Combine pancake mix, kimchi juice, and shrimp powder in a bowl and mix well.
Add the prepared kimchi, onion, and green onion to the batter and mix evenly.
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp cooking oil and pour 1 ladle of batter, spreading it evenly.
Cook each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve the shrimp powder kimchi pancake on a plate.
