Basic Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍚 1 cup cooked brown rice
चरण
Chop the chili pepper and green onion finely.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onion to make green onion oil.
Add the chicken breast to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add the chopped chili pepper and 2 tbsp minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry.
Add 1 cup of cooked brown rice to the pan and stir-fry.
Mix the rice and chicken thoroughly while stir-frying.
