Fried Rice Ingredients
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 120g spam
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 🍚 2.5 cups cooked rice
चरण
Dice all ingredients into small cubes. You can substitute spam with ham.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the hardest vegetable, carrot, first.
When the carrot is half-cooked, add the potato and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add spam and onion to the pan and stir-fry until cooked. Avoid overcooking to maintain texture.
Lower the heat to medium and add rice and curry powder. Mix well while stir-frying.
