Main Ingredients
- 🌊 10 sheets dried seaweed
 - 1 small cup glutinous rice flour
 - 💧 3 small cups water
 - 🧂 1 pinch salt
 - 🌰 3 tbsp sesame seeds
 - Adequate amount of cooking oil
 
चरण
Mix 1 small cup of glutinous rice flour with 3 small cups of water until smooth. Maintain a 1:3 ratio if adjusting quantities.
Microwave the mixture for 1 minute at 700W.
Add a pinch of salt and stir until the mixture becomes smooth and soft.
Brush the rice paste onto half of a seaweed sheet, fold it, and brush more paste on top. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly.
Place the coated seaweed on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 2 minutes to remove moisture. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with enough oil and lightly fry the seaweed pieces until crispy.
Serve the crispy seaweed chips as a snack or side dish.
