- 200g shirataki noodles
- 🍗 120g chicken breast
- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 50g imitation crab sticks
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Mustard Dressing
- 2 tbsp mustard powder
- 💧 3 tbsp lukewarm water
- 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 🍋 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 💧 1/4 cup water
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
चरण
Mix mustard powder with lukewarm water and let it ferment for 15 minutes.
Add apple cider vinegar to the fermented mustard and mix well. Then add the remaining dressing ingredients and stir to combine.
Boil water with 1 tbsp vinegar and blanch shirataki noodles for 20 seconds.
Rinse the noodles in cold water several times and drain thoroughly.
Julienne carrot, cucumber, and imitation crab sticks to similar lengths.
Shred cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Combine all prepared ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the mustard dressing to the bowl and mix well using gloved hands.
Serve and enjoy the tangy, spicy chicken breast and shirataki cold salad.
