- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach, trimmed
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Trim spinach roots and cut into 3cm pieces. Slice carrot thinly into diagonal strips.

Season beef with salt and pepper, and rub it in.

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry beef until its color changes.

Add carrot to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then add spinach and stir-fry briefly. Once spinach is wilted, add sake and soy sauce, and mix well.
