- Noodles - 🍜 2 servings of boiled udon noodles
 
- Meat - 🥩 150g sliced beef
 
- Vegetables - 🍄 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk of green onion, sliced
 
- Cooking Oil - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
- Liquid - 💧 50cc water
 
- Egg - 🥚 2 egg yolks
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
 
चरण
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir briefly, then add the udon noodles, green onion, and water. Cover and steam for 3 minutes.
Mix the udon noodles to loosen them, then add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir well.
Serve in bowls and top with egg yolks.
