Main Ingredients
- 🥓 400g bacon
- 🍄 300g enoki mushrooms
- 🍄 120g king oyster mushrooms
- A small amount of cooking oil
चरण
Separate the bacon slices one by one.
Divide the enoki mushrooms into smaller portions and slice the king oyster mushrooms into long strips.
Place the mushrooms on top of the bacon slices.
Roll the bacon tightly around the mushrooms without letting them slip.
Lightly coat a frying pan with cooking oil using a kitchen towel. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook while rotating until evenly browned.
