- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, cubed
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Protein
- 3 pieces pollack roe, sliced
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu, cubed
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 💧 800ml water
ÉTAPES
Slice the zucchini into half-moon shapes.
Cube the onion into large pieces.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Slice the green and red chilies diagonally.
Slice the pollack roe into 3-4 pieces.
In a pot, sauté zucchini and onion lightly.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.
Add pollack roe, tofu, minced garlic, green chili, and red chili. Boil again.
Season with fish sauce and adjust salt to taste.
