ÉTAPES
Chop the zucchini, eggplant, and onion into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion first, then add zucchini and eggplant and stir-fry together.
Add chopped ham to the pan and stir-fry together. Use any ham available at home.
Mix the stir-fried ingredients with tomato sauce. Adjust the amount of sauce based on the quantity of vegetables.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle pizza cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top before serving.
