    • 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 💧 1/3 cup water
    • 🧂 A dash of pepper

ÉTAPES

1

Chop the vegetables (onion, carrot, green onion, potato) and Vienna sausages into small pieces.

2

Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a frying pan and sauté the potato, carrot, and green onion first. Once softened, add the remaining ingredients (onion, sausages) and stir-fry.

3

Add 1 bowl of cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the sautéed ingredients.

4

Prepare the sauce by combining butter, ketchup, tonkatsu sauce, oligosaccharide, oyster sauce, water, and pepper in a saucepan. Bring to a boil until thickened.

5

Beat 3 eggs with 1 pinch of salt and 1/2 tbsp cornstarch. Mix well to prevent tearing during cooking.

6

Heat a frying pan with enough oil and pour the egg mixture. Cook on medium heat and gently swirl the egg into a whirl shape using chopsticks.

7

Place the shaped rice onto a plate, cover it with the whirl-shaped egg, and drizzle the prepared sauce over the top.
