ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into wedge shapes and soak them in water for 20 minutes.

Drain the soaked potatoes and pat them dry. Toss them with the prepared butter mixture until evenly coated.
Spread the coated potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
