- 🐚 150g clams (cleaned)
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 - 🍅 1 tomato, chopped

- 2 tbsp fish sauce
 - 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
 - A pinch of black pepper
 
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
 
Oil
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
 
ÉTAPES
Place the clams in a bowl with water (not listed in ingredients) and scrub the shells thoroughly. Drain and set aside.
Slice the onion into wedges and chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces after removing the stem.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the onion until softened.
Add the tomato and clams to the pot and stir briefly.
Add fish sauce, sugar, and water to the pot. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle black pepper over the soup before serving.
