- 🍖 200g pork shoulder or belly
- 🌭 6 Vienna sausages

- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang

- 🧂 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 chopped chili pepper

ÉTAPES
Cut the pork shoulder or belly into bite-sized pieces and slice the Vienna sausages diagonally.
In a frying pan, combine ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and gochujang. Heat on low until it starts to simmer.
Add the pork and Vienna sausages to the pan and stir-fry on low heat until the meat is cooked through.
Once the meat is cooked, add the chopped chili pepper and sprinkle additional black pepper.
Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
