    • 2 king oyster mushrooms
    • 6 shiitake mushrooms
    • 6 wood ear mushrooms

    • 🧅 1 onion

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • Pinch of sugar
    • 7 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 cup corn syrup
    • 4 tbsp sesame oil
    • Pinch of sesame seeds

Stir-fry chives, onion, king oyster mushrooms, and carrot with a pinch of salt and olive oil.

Soak shiitake and wood ear mushrooms in water, then stir-fry with soy sauce and sugar.

Boil glass noodles in boiling water for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Rinse boiled noodles in cold water to remove starch and drain thoroughly.

In a pot, heat 7 tbsp olive oil and add the noodles, soy sauce, and corn syrup. Stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Cut the noodles into bite-sized pieces and mix with prepared vegetables, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
