- 🥔 1/2 medium potato
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 piece ham
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧈 A small amount of butter
ÉTAPES
Dice the vegetables and ham into small pieces.
Heat a pan with a small amount of butter and sauté the diced vegetables and ham.
In a bowl, whisk the egg into the milk until well combined.
Add the pancake mix to the milk and egg mixture and stir until smooth.
Fold the sautéed vegetables and ham into the batter.
Place paper cups into a muffin pan and fill each cup about 80% full with the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15–20 minutes.
