INGRÉDIENTS
- Main Ingredients - 🍌 1 banana
- 🌰 200g almonds
- Appropriate amount of muesli or oatmeal
 
- Additives - 1/2 tbsp baking powder
 
- Syrup - 30g agave syrup or oligosaccharide
 
ÉTAPES
Prepare the almonds and grind them until finely crushed but not powdered.
Mash one banana until smooth.
Combine the mashed banana with the ground almonds and muesli or oatmeal.
Add baking powder and syrup, then mix until the dough is thick and spoonable.
Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto parchment paper and flatten slightly.
Bake in the oven at 140°C (284°F) for about 30 minutes.
Cool the cookies before serving.
