ÉTAPES
Cook rice with a 1:1 ratio of water to rice, soak for 30 minutes before cooking. Add 2-3 drops of sesame oil for shine.
Drain the oil from canned tuna using a strainer.
In a pan, stir-fry tuna with gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, mirin, green onion, and corn syrup over medium-low heat until moisture evaporates.
Wash lettuce and perilla leaves, then pat dry thoroughly.
Mix cooked rice with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds while still warm. Let it cool slightly.
Place a sheet of seaweed on a bamboo mat, spread rice thinly, leaving edges uncovered. Layer lettuce, perilla leaves, and stir-fried tuna, then roll tightly.
Let the rolls sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Wet the knife with a damp cloth for clean cuts.
