- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 1 green chili
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 adequate water
ÉTAPES
Slice the potatoes into thick strips. Chop the green onion and green chili into small pieces. Slice the onion into strips.
Layer the potato slices at the bottom of a pot. Add the onion slices and place the canned tuna on top.
Fill the empty tuna can with water and pour it into the pot three times.
Add the seasoning ingredients, chopped green onion, and green chili to the pot. Cook until the potatoes are tender and the stew is well combined.
