Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 💧 1 cup water
Optional Garnish
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the diced potatoes and sliced onion.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and water in a bowl to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes and onion, and bring to a simmer.
Add the drained tuna to the pan and gently mix with the sauce.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the sauce thickens.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
