INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🐟 1 can of drained tuna
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🍄 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
ÉTAPES
Chop the mushrooms and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Place the cooked rice into a serving bowl.
Optionally, chop some pickled radish and add it to the bowl.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil and sauté the onion and mushrooms.
Season the sautéed onion and mushrooms with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Place the sautéed onion and mushrooms on top of the rice.
In the same pan, scramble the egg by stirring it with chopsticks.
Add the scrambled egg on top of the rice and vegetables.
Place the drained tuna on top of the egg.
Drizzle tonkatsu sauce and mayonnaise over the top.
