    • 4 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp cooking oil
    • Pinch of black pepper

Soak the rice cakes in water briefly. Slice fish cakes, green onion, and onion. Boil eggs and peel them (optional).

Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pot over medium-low heat. Add 4 tbsp gochujang and stir-fry to prevent burning.

Add the rice cakes and onion to the pot and stir-fry for 3 minutes on low heat.

Pour 500ml of water into the pot and bring it to a boil.

Prepare the sauce by mixing chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, and black pepper in a bowl.

Once the rice cakes are boiling, add the prepared sauce and stir well. Add fish cakes and green onion, then simmer until the sauce thickens.

When the sauce reaches the desired consistency, sprinkle black pepper to taste. Add boiled eggs and mix gently.
